One-to-One Consultations

This course is about personal development, which supports you by aligning your needs to successfully deliver the grand results you want in your life, be it in you work, personal and/or spiritual life.
A mix of private consultation with training in meditation and use of various mindful tools will help you make your life what you want it to be. Finding yourself, your goals and your values, we will guide you to create an inner space and clarity that enables you to take charge of your life in a balanced, healthy and happy way.

Full Moon Meditation
Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. But many meditation techniques exist. Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra. It can also be listening to a guided meditation, in other words, meditation means turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple and we will explore various meditation techniques in order to find what suits you.
Meditation has many health benefits, some of them include; lower blood pressure, improved blood circulation, lower heart rate, less perspiration slower respiratory rate, less anxiety, lower blood cortisol levels, more feelings of well-being, less stress, deeper relaxation. Consistent meditation has positive effects on brain and immune function. To put it as an Eastern philosopher might say, the goal of meditation is no goal. It is simply to be present.

Reiki Circle
Reiki Circles are gatherings of Reiki practitioners to practice Reiki as a group. These are open only to Reiki practitioners who have obtained minimum of Reiki Level 1. Reiki Circle is a gathering where Reiki students support each other's paths as Reiki practitioners , and to exchange Reiki treatments with one another. Each Reiki Circle session will include; a specific theme, practising on each other, distant healing, and lots of fun!
Reiki Kids Circle
Reiki kids circle is a gathering for Reiki kids whom have already done the first course. It is providing a safe place where they can ask questions and continue learning about Reiki and mindful living. It is a place where Reiki kids can feel they belong and make friends. Each session we will practice meditation, Reiki healing, balancing chakras and also use other various fun tools such as singing bowls, crystals and painting mandalas.
